Signature Requirements

If your order is valued at $500 or more Rokstok requires a signature for delivery of the item. This is to protect the item from being lost or stolen during shipping and of course is in your best interest to do so. If you would like to make special delivery arrangements for your item please contact a Rokstok representative at 888-296-4890.

Lobster clasp

Lobster clasps have a spring built on the inside of them. The clasp is secured by pulling the top lever back and placing it over an end tab that is welded to the jewelry. A lobster clasp is the safest clasp you can choose.
