Your diamond always has a home with us and so at any point in time you decide to sell your diamond back to Rokstok, we'll gladly buy it back at 70% of the original purchase price. Most local jewelry stores don't offer this type of service and if so, they’ll typically pay a mere 25% of the original purchase price. Rokstok believes in the value of long-term relationships, we feel you deserve to be treated fairly and that you should receive the very best guarantees.

What are the guidelines?

• Buy-Back is at 70% of the original purchase price.
• The diamond must be in the original condition, free of damage, and must be accompanied with the original certification document.
• If you can’t provide the original certification document a $200 re-certification fee will be deducted from your refund check.
• If it’s determined that your diamond doesn’t qualify for Buy-Back you must pay a $59 fee to cover shipping, handling and insurance. This fee will ensure that your diamond is processed and then shipped to you in the safest manner.
• DO NOT ship your diamond until you have received a Return Authorization Number from our Customer Care Department. To do so please contact us at 1-888-296-4890, items shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
