Shipping Policies

When your order is shipped it will be insured for the entire value of the item you have purchased. Please check the item for damage or tampering while the delivery person is in your presence. If the item appears to be damaged or tampered with please notify him/her immediately and have them provide proof of your report.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Upon completion of the checkout process we'll supply an estimated time of delivery for your order. This date is an estimated date of delivery to assemble your item, process, package, and ship your item. Depending on availability, sometimes this date can change to a sooner or later date. In any case a Rokstok service representative will contact you immediately and notify you of any changes in the ship time. Please keep in mind that orders placed on holidays, Saturday, Sunday, or after 5pm Eastern Standard Time will not begin to be processed until the next available business day. Rokstok will work very hard to meet your shipping requirements and you can call us anytime at 888-296-4890.

Shipping to a Different Address or Changing the Address

Sometimes it is more convenient to ship an item to your place of work or a more convenient location. Rokstok will take every step necessary to accommodate you on such a request. In order to protect our customers against credit card fraud we require that you contact your credit card company and add the address as an additional ship to address to the account. You'll need to contact us with your credit card information and we'll call them to confirm that you've added this information. Rokstok will not ship to PO boxes; we only ship to actual street addresses.

Delivery Times

Your order will be shipped free of charge using the United States Postal Service . The item will be insured and packaged safely. Rokstok will send you shipping details in an email prior to the package leaving our offices.

Items valued at $251 - $24,500 will be shipped USPS Express Mail and will arrival times will be 1-2 days after the date of shipment. Signature required on items $500 and higher.

Items valued at 0$ - $250 will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and arrival times will be 3-5 days after the date of shipment. USPS Express Mail is available for a $15.00 upgrade; contact the Rokstok service department at 888-296-4890 or service@rokstok.com to change your shipping selection. No signature required

Items valued at $24,501 and higher will be shipped USPS Registered Mail and arrival times will be 3-5 days after the date of shipment. Signature required

Signature Requirements & Item Loss

All packages with a value of $500 and more will require a signature when the item arrives. Rokstok will provide an approximate arrival date before the item is shipped and you can track your package using our order status page. You will be responsible for the item once the package is delivered or signed for, Rokstok will not be held responsible for packages or items that are lost after their arrival.

How Is My Item Shipped?

Your item will be placed in a presentation gift box and if you chose the gift card option it will accompany the jewelry. All loose diamonds will be placed in a spring ring loose diamond holder for presentation purposes. Do not wear the spring ring as the pressure from the finger may cause the stone to fall out of the holder. The spring is not intended for wear.
